SHIPPING POLICY
It is a condition of delivery that goods can be left at the delivery address if no-one is available at the time of delivery. If goods can’t be left the delivery address, they will betaken back to the nearest depot. You will then be required to pick up the goods at your convenience. Re-sending goods may incur extra delivery charges.
Please provide correct shipping instructions in space provided during checkout if you require an item left in a special location.
SHIPPING TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1.Please note that this website currently supports Australia wide shipping only. Prices are all in Australian dollars (AUD) and include Goods and Services Tax. For international orders, please Contact us.
2.If one item on your order is back ordered, the whole order will be dispatched when the back ordered item is back in stock. If you would like the order shipped in separate lots you may incur additional delivery charges. Please Contact us if you would like further information.
3.POWERFLEX Fitness Australia does not have control over the delivery time or date. Our chosen courier may not be able to fulfill special instructions. If you have questions about delivery time or date or whether special instructions can be fulfilled.
4.All deliveries are ‘Authorised to Leave’ unless stated otherwise in the special instructions. If re-delivery is required, additional charges may be incurred.
REFUNDS POLICY
POWERFLEX Australia warrants to the original purchaser of POWERFLEX branded products that all Parts of the Product shall be free from defect in materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
What`s Not Covered
POWERFLEX warranties do not cover any damage to a product caused by or attributable to freight damage, abuse, misuse, improper or abnormal usage, conjunctive usage with other equipment.
Australian Consumer Rights
This warranty adheres to all Australian Consumer Rights applicable to this product. We take pride in us after sales service. If you have any queries or concerns regarding your POWERFLEX purchase, simply contact our friendly customer service team.

RETURNS POLICY
1.If you are not satisfied with your product, you have 30 days from the day of receipt of the purchase to return it and obtain are fund.
2.You are responsible for the return of the product, including organising and payment of shipping. If you want to be able to track your return and confirm when we have received it, you should choose an appropriate delivery method such asregistered post.
3.Be sure to include a letter with your return with your name and contact details and preferably your order ID and the reason for the return
4.Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the cost of the goods, or send out a replacement product. We will not refund the cost of shipping.

Delivery times vary depending on the location within Australia. Capital cities are usuallydelivered within 2-3 business days, while all other areas are usually delivered 3-5business days
