Made of highly resilient flexible materials so torque is applied to the bar during training to accelerate the end weight. The bar grip recess is ergonomically designed for comfort and safety to align the wrist and forearm with the bar. The forearm support is looped through the slot on the underside of the bar and wraps around the forearm to remove any stress on the wrist.
